The service was exceptionally unfriendly, lacking knowledge of the area and basic courtesy. The location, while near the COEX exhibition center, needs modernizing and is not ideal for exploring Seoul. The dining experience offered variety but fell short in quality. The hotel is in a quieter part of the business area, close to the subway for convenience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, especially in the new wing, were really clean and well presented, but the older parts didn't match the glamour seen in the photos. The service was very good, although a bit rigid with rules at times. The location was convenient for shopping and business, but lacked nearby attractions. The dining options were just standard.
